Sprout Salad


  1. In a bowl, add 1 cup sprouts.

  2. Also add, 1 finely chopped tomato, 1 finely chopped green chilly, 1 finely chopped apple and 1 grated carrot.

  3. Add a pinch of salt and a dash of lemon juice.

  4. Mix well.

Tip: You can also add dry fruits of choice - Finely chopped walnuts, cranberries, raisins or dates.
