In a bowl, take 2 cups leftover dosa batter. Add a pinch of salt. Also add 4 finely chopped green chillies (adjust as per spice level required), handful of chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Furthermore, add 1/2 cup sooji rava (semolina) and 1/2 cup rice flour. Mix well.
Heat oil in a kadhai on medium flame. Once hot, fry the mix by dropping ball-sized portions in the oil. Turn those around to fry evenly from all sides.
Serve piping hot with coconut chutney and filter coffee!
