  1. In a bowl, add 2 cups wheat flour. Also add a pinch of salt, 1 tsp cooking oil and mix. Now add 1/2 cup each of water and milk and knead into a smooth dough. It should neither be too tight nor too loose. Adjust water to get the right consistency.

  2. Rest the dough for half hour by covering with a damp cloth.

  3. Heat a tawa. Roll out into a thin roti and place on the tawa.

  4. Flip once bubbles appear. Cook both sides.

  5. Remove and place it on a medium flame.

  6. Once it puffs, remove from flame.

Serve hot with gravy or vegetable of choice!
