Five minute choco-walnut brownie


  1. In a bowl, take 2 cups each of unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered sugar (ground fine in a mixer), sunflower oil and maida.

  2. Add 2 and a half cups of cold milk and a pinch of baking powder.

  3. Whisk well to prepare a smooth batter.

  4. Add finely chopped walnuts and mix well.

  5. Brush a microwave-safe bowl (preferably a square or rectangle one) with melted unsalted butter/ghee.

  6. Transfer the mixture to the bowl and bake in the microwave for five minutes.

  7. Take out and let it cool.

  8. Cut into small pieces and garnish with chocolate sauce and chopped almonds.

Serve with Cappuccino!
