Crispy Cone Dosa


  1. Place a dosa tawa on medium flame.

  2. Once hot, pur a ladle of dosa batter and spread thinly and evenly.

  3. Once it cooks on one side, add 1 tsp cooking oil.

  4. After the dosa turns crisp, make a cut from the centre to the edge.

  5. Roll it along the cut to create a cone.

Serve piping hot with chutney and sambar!
